Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Gun Safe App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Gun Safe App is a personal inventory management application designed to help firearm owners:

• • Track firearms, suppressors, and accessories
• • Log maintenance and cleaning records
• • Monitor ammunition inventory
• • Track NFA Form 4 status
• • Create and manage equipment loadouts
• • Record range sessions

The App is intended for personal use only and is not a substitute for proper record-keeping required by law.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gun Safe App. By using the App, you represent that:

• • You are at least 18 years of age
• • You are legally permitted to own firearms in your jurisdiction (if applicable)
• • You will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws

You own your data. All information you enter into Gun Safe App remains your property. We do not access, collect, or store your data on any servers.

You are responsible for:

• • Backing up your data regularly (via iPhone backup or export)
• • The accuracy of information you enter
• • Securing your device with a strong passcode
• • Maintaining any legally required records separately

Gun Safe App is not intended to replace legally required record-keeping. Consult local laws regarding firearm documentation requirements.

You agree NOT to use Gun Safe App:

• For any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• To track firearms you do not legally own
• To facilitate illegal transfers or sales
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App

The Gun Safe App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• • Warranties that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• • Warranties regarding data accuracy or completeness

We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:

• • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Since we don't have accounts, there's nothing to "cancel."

We reserve the right to discontinue the App or remove it from the App Store at any time, though we have no current plans to do so.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
